 For all Canadian orders, we use Canada Post’s expedited Parcel Post Service for shipments under 30kg. Normal delivery times for these services are 3-7 Business Days to major centers and few extra days for remote locations. If you require a faster or overnight service please contact us for a price quote. 

Shipping charges do vary depending on weight and destination. We will contact you directly should your order require extra charges.

For large machinery and parcels over 30kg, after you place your order, our Order desk department will find the most cost effective means of shipping and contact you before processing the order. Remember, we do not charge your credit card until your order has been shipped.

General USA Shipping Charges (not including Minor Outlying Islands) :

At this time, all shipments to the USA are made by Purolator or UPS. Shipping generally takes less than one week, however you can expect all shipments to arrive between 5 to 14 business days. (may take longer to Hawaii, Alaska and other non-standard addresses)

Orders shipped to countries besides Canada may be subject to import taxes or duties. Customs charges can vary between countries, you can find our more information at your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and Busy Bee Tools will not be held responsible for these charges.
