10" Dual Slide Compound Miter Saw with Laser - MAKITA

This dual slide compound miter saw comes equipped with a powerful 15 AMP
direct drive motor which delivers 3200 RPMs with soft start and requires less
maintenance. The electronic Speed Control maintains constant speed under load
for smoother higher quality cutting and the exclusive 4-3/4" tall dual sliding
fence system features upper and lower fence adjustments for more precise miter
and bevel cuts. LS1016L features innovative direct drive gearbox and guard
system which is engineered for increased vertical capacity and miters 0 - 52
degrees left and 0 - 60 degrees right, with positive stops at 0, 15, 22.5,
31.6 and 45 degrees left and right. The built-in laser clearly indicates line
of cut with micro fine adjustments and the independent switch allows laser to
be seen with and without the blade rotating. The saw features dual rear-handle
bevel lock which is easily accessible and adjusts 0 - 45 degrees left and
right with positive stops at 0, 22.5, 33.9 and 45 degrees left and right. The
ergonomic rubberized horizontal D-handle design is for better fit and added
comfort.

The other features of the miter saw are; easy on-touch miter lock, replaceable
stainless steel miter scale, large precision-machined aluminum base, see
through blade guard system, rubberized feet and over sized trigger for better
fit and easier operation.
