I have had this jig for several years now and it works great.. Doesn't take up a lot of space and it pretty easy to use.

Had this jig for about 3 months, ordered it online when the flyer came out and was delivered in 2 days which was impressive. Overall its been easy to use and have made several projects already including many band saw boxes and several drawers. I would recommend this jig, once its set up it is easy to use for repetitive cuts.

contemplated the omni jig and other more expensive jigs but settled on this because of price. the video did help as i also wasnt 100% sure how to make joints. overall im happy with my purchase and glad i saved myself some serious dollars.

I've used this so far to make several boxes and drawers. The video was helpful as well as at one point I wasnt sure if it was my set up or my bit, but it turned out my bit was positioned too high. I am thinking of buying the additional combs to do box joints. I wonder if would need to upgrade to the 24" jig in the future. Would anyone know real applications of a larger unit.
So far though this jig is great and set was fairly easy.

My dovetail jig was impossible to use.and I will return it. The main body of the jig is made of steel plate. The top surface and the front surfaces should be flat and at 90 degrees to one another.for this to function. As it was the top surface was unevenly bent, and the front surface was not even close to being square. When the top piece was clamped down it would not lie flat on the plate. The front workpiece would not butt up but had an impossibly wide gap.
I am sure that it is a well designed machine and I am equally sure there are many good Craftex 12" jigs in use. Prospective buyers would be wise to check out the squareness of the main plate surfaces before taking it home

I picked up this jig after doing a bit of research and I am pleased with it's performance. The manual is very good although lacking in some details ( like half-blinds with a rabbit). It did take some playing with the jig and my router to get it dialed in for the stock I intended to use, but once set I was cutting good looking joints with ease. I do recommend picking up the corresponding dovetail kit that includes the guide bushings and bit.

Title says it all - great little jig.
Easy to use, once its set up. Have used it to make drawers, boxes and tried all the combs, all work well and produce pretty snazy dovetail joints.
