10" Dual Sliding Compound Miter Saw - MAKITA

This miter saw incorporates Makita's New Dual Extreme Technology (DXT).

This 10" dual slide miter saw features a large cutting capacity and accuracy
and it is designed to allow 12" cut in 2x materials and cuts 6-5/8" crown
moulding using crown moulding stopper and 3/4" base vertically. The saw is
provided with a double sliding system which rotates left and right with
positive stops at 0, 22.5, 33.9 and 45 degrees. When cross cutting, at a
90-degree the saw allows cuts up to 12" and the electronic speed control keeps
the blade turning at a constant RPM to make fine and accurate cuts. It
features a compact design and innovative direct drive gearbox and guard system
designed to increase vertical cutting capacity. It is provided with quick
adjust, double sliding fence with increased height which offers improved
support for wide pieces. The electronic start reduces start up shock and the
2-stage safety switch is designed for safety. This saw also features an
excellent dust extraction with newly designed dust chute.
