Sharpening System - Work Sharp

The Work Sharp WS2000 is the grinding and sharpening solution for the home
hobbyist and those who wants sharp tools quickly and easily. It provides 3
smart ways to sharpen and grind your tools: Top Side with Tool Rest, the
chisel & Plane Iron Port and the Edge-Vision Port. You can sharpen chisels and
blades up to 1-5/8" wide to a perfect 25-degrees bevel angle without any set
up time.

Work Sharp's WS2000 features a powerful 1/5HP motor which rotates the wheel at
a maximum speed of 1750 RPM, and enables the machine to sharpen and grind
nearly any tool in your shop like lawn mower blades, axes, scrapers, putty
knives, carving tools, lathe tools, and much more. The horizontal grinding
wheel of the WS2000 provides a larger grinding space and better control than a
traditional vertical grinding wheel, without any tools kick back because you
grind on a surface which moves away from you. The adjustable top tool rest
makes free hand sharpening easier and more precise. WS200 offers an active air
cooled sharpening port with routed air flow and heat sink design to quickly
sharpen your tools without overheating or damaging the steel.

The WS2000 Edge-Vision sharpening method allows user to see the cutting edge
of tools while sharpening which gives more cutting accuracy. The bench
mounting tabs enalbles you to mount the Work Sharp on your bench to create a
compact and convenient sharpening station. It comes with 2 Edge-Vision wheels
(150mm) and uses both solid and slotted adhesive backed abrasives so you can
quickly and easily change between coarse and fine grits.
