The Ultimate Dust Deputy - ONEIDA

The ultimate dust deputy is an extremely efficient, cyclonic pre-separated for vacuums. The dust deputy filters 99% of the sanding dust, with only 1% going into the vacuum. It extends the life of your shop vacuum and your filter. Added to your existing shop vacuum, it uses centrifugal force to literally spin the material being conveyed right out of the air stream and into the bucket.  99% of the material never reaches your shop vacuum. That means longer life for your shop vacuum filter as well as your vacuum itself. That translates into savings on replacements. It maintains maximum suction, no loss in airflow and an end to clogged filters.  

The tapered inlet and outlet accommodates different sized hoses and couplings without the hassle of hunting for the right size connection. The debris passes through dust deputy where the cyclonic action separates out 99% of the dust and deposits it into the 9 gallon. Collection box before it goes to the 2nd stage. The few particles of dust that escape the bag then pass through the Festool’s HEPA filters where 99.97% of particles 3 microns and larger are trapped , leaving the escaping air ultra-clean.

The dust deputy benefits not only woodworkers but anyone with a shop vacuum and it even works with water. Not intended for use with hot coals, ash or explosive / flammable dusts or liquids.
