This is a drill press vise!

This is a drill press vise sold as a milling vise. If you look on the box its even called a drill press vise by the manufacturer. This vise has too much jaw lift to do any kind of milling. If you clamp a 1" square bar and try to drill a hole through it, the bar will have rotated so much due to the jaw lift that the hole will be visibly not square. You can pound the jaw down as hard as you like, but it comes right back up as soon as you mill. Don't buy this if you want to use it for milling.
