Dust Hood performance
I was able to fabricate this with some steel to make a dust collector chute for a planer as there isn't one seen on the market for my 1970's heavy duty planer. It required welding and steel to fabricate some mounting brackets so a bit advanced, but it suited well. There isn't really another option I could find, and it collects nearly every piece of wood shavings from the planing process right up to 12.5 inch wide board maxing out the planer width.
