Returns for online & phone orders

If you're looking to return an item you purchased online or over the phone, please following these instructions.

1. Make sure your order was invoiced within 30 days of the return request
2. To process your return, please fill the form at the bottom of this page.

Please Note:

(1) Please indicate the item model #’s that you want to return in the “Details” section of the form below.
(2) Please provide the same email address you used to place your order.
(3) If you placed your order over the phone, please provide the phone # associated to your account
(4) We will only call you when we can't contact you by email.
(5) You can find the order number on your invoice.

(6) If you can’t find your invoice, provide the order # confirmation you received after you placed your order

What will happen after you submit the form below?

1. After you submit the form below, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) once we approve your return. Returns without RMA#’s will not be accepted.

2. Repack the item(s) & make sure it is packed securely for shipping. Include a copy of your RMA# inside the parcel you are returning

3. Please note that you'll have to pay the return shipping cost unless we shipped you the wrong item or your item is defective.
