Aluminum Router Table Plate Insert
Our 1/4" thick aluminum router table insert will support the heaviest of routers, without plate sag. The plate is about 9" x 12" and includes levelling screws and magnets to secure the plate in the table. Includes three separate insert rings with attaching screws which provide opening sizes (3-1/4", 1-7/16", 1-3/16" for template guides and a blank insert ring to create your own size). The steel starter pin is for routing curved pieces. Pre-marked mounting hole indentations provided for most popular routers.

ALUMINUM ROUTER INSERT PLATE 9x12
Will not sag like the plastic ones. Love the punch marks on the under side of the plate to line up the holes for a number of different routers.

Plate fro router table
A big improvement on the plastic plate that comes with the router table. It came free with the purchase of the table which is why I gave the table a 5 star review.

Router table insert
Nicely finished but pre marked holes do not fit three screw or four screw mount for Bosch router. With no instructions included it is impossible to determine the use of the rare earth magnets included.

Quality of the insert
Bought the plate the replace the sagging phenolic plate. Plate are solid but insert is not good quality.. I reuse the original insert from phenolic plate as it is better quality, had to machine the insert, because it is not the same size (WHY?).

Nice solid unit
I bought this plate to replace the plastic one in the B2944BT router table. Fits perfectly and is nice and flat. Holes fit my router perfectly

the leveling screws constantly vibrate loose. Have relevel every couple minutes. Comes with rare earth magnets, no instruction manual, so why magnets for an aluminum plate.
