Needs clear instructions
The one page instruction sheet is not adequate to demonstrate the use a capabilities of the product.

No instructions
This came in a paper sleeve. No instructions. While I can do a few intuitive things, I feel there are many more capabilities to this tool that I am not realizing.

Sent in an email to Busy Bee for help but never got any help. I recieved an email back that some one would get back to me but that never happened.
