CT226 CRAFTEX MINI PORTABLE DUST COLLECTOR 3/4 HP
This mini portable dust collector is mounted on a set of swivel castors for easy movement between machines. Although it may be miniature it's air flow of 590 CFM which is equivalent to our CT053 (570 CFM) but with a much smaller footprint allowing it to be tucked away under your workbench to help maximize your shop space.

red the reviews before I ordered and after about 5 hours of use the switch would not turn it on - It was the reset button that stopped working so I bypassed it and all works fine - does a great job!

Mini dust collector
Much better dust collection than my shop vac. I have been using the 2-1/2 " hose so far. I will get the proper fitting to try out the 4" and see if the dust collection will improve. Most of the uncollected dust was during re-sawing nevertheless.

I was looking for a product with power plus a small foot print and this dust collector met both. Very pleased with my purchase.

Works as expected
I bought this DC to hook up to my CNC machine. So far it works great. Time will tell how it performs. But for the price, and my needs this works great.

The dust collector itself works pretty good. Has good suction and isn't very loud. Within 3 weeks of purchase it stopped working. The local store gave me a hard time when I brought it back. They ended up fixing it after telling me they couldn't exchange it without a minimum 15% restocking fee. This was disappointing as I just purchased the machine and had my receipt etc. They ended up changing the switch instead of exchanging it. I had to drive over an hour to pick it up. Needless to say i wont be buying tools here again since they cant even support a 1 month exchange/return policy. I love busy bee tools, but the local store workers very rude and difficult to deal with. I was even willing to buy a different unit for more money, and they flat out refused. Customer service is very important for a tool company, and I would give that a 0 rating. Tools break sometimes for no reason, so a company should stand behind their products, especially when they are less than a month of use.
