This particular model comes equipped with coarse diamond (45 micron / 325 mesh) to quickly restore a neglected edge and extra-coarse diamond (60 micron / 220 mesh) for when significant removal of material is needed to repair a damaged edge. Thanks to its micronized monocrystalline diamond surface as well, you can sharpen edges faster and easier than conventional stones can. No messy oils are needed either, allowing you to sharpen dry or with water.
