These trammels are useful for laying out the distance between two points and
for scribing circles and arcs which is beyond the capacity of ordinary
dividers. Clamping device firmly holds the points that can be un-screwed and
replaced with a pencil holder.
It is used on wood having a minimum thickness of 3/8" in conjunction
with any wood
