Busy Bee Tools is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager/B2B Sales to lead our Concord location. This unique role combines retail management expertise with B2B sales skills to grow our customer base in schools, organizations, and businesses, promoting our comprehensive woodworking and metalworking product lines.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations:-
Manage daily store operations, staff scheduling, and task delegation.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive team culture.
Customer Experience:
Deliver expert advice on woodworking and metalworking tools and techniques.
Ensure every customer receives top-notch service, whether they’re hobbyists or professionals.
Sales & Merchandise Management:
Drive both in-store sales and B2B sales growth by connecting with schools, organizations, and companies to promote Busy Bee Tools’ product lines.
Maintain inventory accuracy and a well-organized, safe store environment.
B2B Sales Expansion:
Develop and implement strategies to grow B2B sales channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients and educational institutions.
Safety & Security:
Implement safety protocols for both staff and customers.
Who You Are
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for woodworking and metalworking, as well as a talent for business development.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in retail management and B2B sales.
Woodworking/Metalworking Knowledge: Practical experience and expertise in these fields are essential.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Sales-Driven: Proven track record in achieving sales goals and expanding customer bases.
Eligibility: Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Flexibility: Availability
to work some Saturdays as required.
