Position Overview:
The Content Creator will design, produce, and publish content for use across social media, website, email, and other marketing channels. This role requires creativity, technical skills in photography, videography, and design, and a strong understanding of digital content trends. A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, able to translate ideas into compelling visuals, and deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit engaging photo, video, and graphic content for digital platforms.
- Capture and edit high-quality product photography and lifestyle imagery.
- Design and edit visuals cross functionally for Sales & Marketing efforts
- Source, edit, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC).
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Stay up to date with digital and creative trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with Marketing team on social media deliverables across IG, FB & TikTok
- Maintain social media calendar for all upcoming deliverables
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- 1–2 years of content creation experience (brand or freelance).
- Must have a portfolio with proven experience showcasing content creation skillsets.
- Must be comfortable to be in the content as a recurring personality for Busy Bee Tools audience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Figma, Capcut, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling abilities.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital best practices is an asset.
- Proactive mindset – you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Team player – you collaborate and communicate well.
