Customer Service Representative – Product Specialist
Busy Bee Machine Tools is a leading provider of high-quality machine tools and equipment for industrial and manufacturing applications. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative - Product Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support while demonstrating a deep understanding of our products.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.
• Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers regarding our machine tools and equipment.
• Assist custServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, eomers with product selection, order placement, and troubleshooting, resolving any issues or concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product catalog, including features, specifications, and applications, through ongoing training and self-study.
Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system (ZenDesk), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in products and services.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and retain technical information about complex products.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software (ZenDesk); experience with ERP systems is a plus (AS400).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
