The CX06HC is a heavy-duty 6" jointer designed for flattening board faces, straightening edges, and preparing stock for further machining. Its precision-ground cast iron infeed and outfeed tables are independently adjustable, while the dovetailed ways provide controlled table movement and accurate setup.

The helical cutterhead is equipped with 30 four-sided carbide inserts. The inserts create a shearing cutting action that helps produce a clean, smooth finish compared with a conventional straight-knife cutterhead. When an insert becomes chipped or dull, it can be loosened and rotated 90° to expose a fresh cutting edge without resetting an entire set of knives.

A 1.5HP TEFC capacitor-start induction motor provides dependable power and smooth starting. Power is transferred through a V-belt drive, while sealed and permanently lubricated bearings help reduce routine maintenance.

The centre-mounted cast iron fence includes positive stops at 45° and 90° for square and bevel jointing. A built-in 1/2" rabbeting capacity adds versatility for additional stock preparation tasks.
