Press
Easy to setup and adjust. I use with a ring bender attachment and it’s swell.

Can't beat the price
Great product. Great price. Giving 4 stars because of the weakness of the retaining ring. Tried to tighten the allen screw and the ring collapsed under very light torque. Not a big deal but had to buy another one to get it working safely. I recommend this product but keep that in mind.

As advertgised
This has worked well so far (had it for 4 months and used it multiple times). Wen't together fairly easily and no issue in use. This is a straight forward type of tool and for the price, would prefer to buy this standard item from busy bee over pricess auto (only other option in town)

Don't expect much
The press arrived ahead of schedule well packed although not protected with Cosmoline or equivalent. The first inspection reveals rough finish including the ram guide. The packing adhered to the surface where the paint was clearly still wet when inserted in the box. There are no product-specific instructions, just a parts list and a two-page litany of generic "don'ts". Putting the press together is not a big problem. I was surprised to find that there is no means to attach different punches to the end of the ram as is common in other arbor presses. This severely limits usefulness of this tool. The rotating anvil has really only one (borderline) useful position. The press is thus only useful to squash small parts in its present state, that's about it. There are no oiling ports for the spindle. I bought this item on sale which was fortunate because for the full price this would be severely overvalued. Even at the sale price I suggest that you only buy this if you are prepared to spend time and effort machining punch adaptors etc. to make this actually useful. Finally, beware! 1-ton is very little force, easily exceeded by any common vise. I considered sending the press back to Busy Bee but the cost of shipping approaches the sale price so I shall just have to eat this one!
