12" Disc Sander - Craftex CX-Series
Powered by a 1.2 HP motor this 12" disc sander operates at a speed of 1750 RPM and is designed for accuracy and efficiency. The 16-3/8" x 6-7/8" table provides a solid work surface, tilts between 0° - 45° and locked in position making sanding an easy operation. For added safety the ON/OFF switch features a locking pin which helps prevent the sander from unauthorized usage. The sander has a 2" dust port at the back for optimum dust removal.

just for the service, it's 5 stars, I 've had a broken part at shipping, they promptly ship the replacement part. For the machine itself, it,s a very good base to make an awesome machine, I've had to correct the disc for an excessive runout and I fabricated a thrust shoulder bushing because the original motor shaft shoulder the where the disc meets the motor shaft is much too narrow and this is a reason why the disc was wobbeling

Solid little unit
As the subject says, a solid unit. Quiet, runs smooth and true. I bought some belt cleaner as well which has helped extend the life of the discs, would highly recommend picking a stick up.

Good Quality
Decent quality sander, works well. This unit is not extremely accurate in terms of angular adjustments, so you have to verify the desired angle. But it does work well for my needs and it runs smooth and quietly.
