Much stiffer than the original pad. Doesn't form well to contour of bowl. Doesn't absorb impact of a natural edge bowl where it has intermittent contact to the bowl's surface.

These are like the original pad. They are vey firm and bounce off live edge bowls rather than absorbing the shocks. They do not form to the insides of the bowls base either.
