Mini-Mite 4 Spray System HVLP - FUJI SPRAY

The Mini-Mite 4 (MM4) system includes all the same features as the Mini-Mite 3 Model but with the use of a stronger 4-stage motor Turbine. The MM4 includes the Fuji GXPC Spray Gun that features a Pattern Control Knob to adjust the fan size from small to large. Fuji installs the same powerful 4-stage Turbine motor as used in the Q4 Models. The MM4 does not have the patented noise-reduction feature as seen on the Fuji Q-Models, however the noise level is no more than any other standard HVLP Turbine. The MM4 Turbine develops approximately 8.5psi. This allows for less thinning of paints than any 3-stage Model. More than enough pressure to spray all known coatings (when properly thinned) and all the newer water-based coatings. The Spray Gun included with this package is the Fuji GXPC 400cc pivoting Cup. The standard Air Cap set #4 (1.4 mm) is for the use of general purpose fine finishing. Easy to maintain. Perfect for professional or beginner. This is an industrial-rated machine at an unbeatable price. Heavy-duty metal case with Gun Holder. Portable and powerful. The system includes the Mini-Mite 4 Turbine, 25ft Hi-Flex hose, GXPC Non-bleed Spray Gun with 400cc pivoting Cup, viscosity Cup, cleaning brush, wrench and 20 page user manual.

Hose Length: 25 ft
Operating Pressure Rating: 8.5 PSI

    Great System

Posted by Andrew on 17th Mar 2024

I recently purchased an airless system and wasn't happy with the amount of paint I was going through, or the finish. The fuji system resolved both issues. So far I've only used it for trim and board and batten, but look forward to using it on future projects

Amazing product. It really turned my finishing stage into a more professional look.

    Excellent

I’ve owned two less-expensive sprayers and was not happy with the results. The Fuji system, in contrast, performed beyond expectations. I suggest practicing before attempting a major project, but the results can be very clean and smooth. The 400cc gravity cup that comes with the G-XPC gun is big enough for painting one coat on about 20 cabinet doors and the ability to change the angle of the cup is helpful for tight spots. Unless you are doing all-day production work, the flexibility of the gun makes up for the smaller volume. The trigger is smooth, but my forearm and wrist became sore the first time I used the gun. I think this happened for two reasons: I was using the gun in an awkward position and under poor lighting. The lighting meant that I couldn’t always see the paint as it was sprayed, so I held the trigger tight to be sure it was fully depressed and dispensing paint instead of just air. With a better lighting and ergonomic set up, I relaxed my death grip and everything was fine. The hose gets heavy after awhile, so the lighter accessory whip might be a good purchase. Also, a cheap gun stand from Amazon is very helpful. The system is efficient and HVLP reduces overspray, but it doesn’t eliminate it. If you’re using this indoors, seal the room well. The only problem functional I’ve had so far is a failure to spray due to a bad seal at the paint cup lid. Just screw it down carefully after you add paint. There is a learning curve, but for me the sprayer was worth the cost. It’s much worse to spend the money and put in the time on a new tool, but only ever achieve a mediocre result. The Fuji can produce the quality of finish I want, depending only on my own skill.

    Mini mite sprayer

Posted by JACOB on 18th May 2022

Purchased this a few weeks ago, used it for one job so far. Very impressed with the quality of the sprayer and unit. First spray went on flawless with a few minor adjustments. Had lots of power and was easy to clean. I can wait until I get it into a small production job. Worth every penny so far!

    Fantastic Product

I bought this to paint my kitchen cabinets. It has made the process so much quicker and easier. The only thing they could improve on would be to include a remote control with this kit. Highly Recommend this unit.

    First HVLP system!

Posted by Travis LeSaux on 13th Apr 2021

I just picked up the mini mite 4 and g-xpc spray gun a couple of days ago and just got to use it for the first time. I have never used an HVLP system before, but that didn't matter. I read the manual and followed the guide on thinning the paint. It was super easy to get the right viscosity with the cup they supply. After mixing the paint, I strained it into the gun and started messing around with cardboard until I was comfortable with the spray guns controls. It took about 10 minutes from the time I got out to my shop until I was completely setup and spraying. I sprayed 40 pieces of quarter round, 13 pieces of baseboard and 7 interior doors both sides with 2 coats. Everything looks great and it couldn't have been easier. The gun was surprisingly easy to clean and took only a few minutes to clean all of the paint out. I was worried about cleaning the gun because of the way the cup is mounted with an elbow but it was no problem at all. Overall, I could not be happier with my purchase and how easy it was. Every part of the spray system feels like quality and looks like it will last a long time. I hope it does.
