Return Policy at Busy Bee Tools
At Busy Bee Tools we stand behind the products we sell and want you to shop in confidence!
Returns can happen for several reasons so to make things easy for our customers; we offer a no hassle 30-day return policy (see exemptions below). We accept returns of active items up to 30 days after the date of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition to avoid re-stocking fees. A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that fall outside of these guidelines. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items which are returned more than 30 days after purchase. We also cannot accept returns for inactive products or for products that have been used. Branded products and other manufacturers’ policies may supersede our warranty. For some branded products, you may be directed to deal directly with the manufacturer based on their policy.
Items Exempt from Return Policy
The following items are not returnable for any reason, unless defective.
- Machines (please follow the warranty process if experiencing an issue with a Craftex machine)
- Special orders (see more details below)
- Used Items
- Consumables Sandpaper, blades, glues, stains, router bits
- Consumables that are unopened and in brand new condition can be returned within 30 days.
- Any item marked Clearance or Final Sale
All special orders carry a non-refundable deposit of 100%. Special Orders are not eligible for return for any reason, unless, upon inspection, they are found to be defective.

Returning an item to a store
If you purchased an item in person at your local Busy Bee Tools, returns should be made where you purchased the product. Simply drop in within 30 days of your purchase and our team will help you process a return. You can contact your local store here.
For any issues with your Machine purchased at Busy Bee Tools, please follow the warranty instructions for the product. With Craftex machines, any request for inspection must be accompanied by THIS FORM. Please note that machines cannot be returned unless they are determined to be defective and cannot be repaired.
