30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Active items only (not inactive, discontinued, clearance, or final sale)
- Regular stock items, not special orders
- Re-sellable condition: original packaging, unassembled, and unused
- Item must be complete (including accessories and manuals)
- Proof of purchase required
A minimum 15% restocking fee may apply to requests that do not meet these conditions or returns may not be accepted.Â
Branded products and other manufacturers’ policies may supersede our policy. For some branded products, you may be directed to deal directly with the manufacturer based on their policy.
Return Shipment Authorization
Prepaid shipping labels are provided only in cases of confirmed defective merchandise or confirmed shipping errors. In all other cases, return shipping costs and choice of carrier are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Before shipping any item, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us process your return quickly and efficiently. Return shipments without an RMA number may be refused.

Returning Items In-Store
Visit your local Busy Bee Tools Store within 30 days of your purchase, and our team will help you process a return. You can contact your local store here.
Items Ineligible for Return
The following items are ineligible for return:
- Machinery that does not meet the conditions of the 30-day return policy. Please submit a warranty claim if you are experiencing an issue with a Craftex machine. Craftex machines are ineligible for return unless confirmed defective and beyond repair following the warranty process.Â
- For warranty claims related to Saw Stop, Laguna, Rikon, Shaper Origin, Next Wave CNC, Axiom, Fuji, Vectric, Felisatti, and other brand tools, manufacturer warranty applies. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues. These machines are ineligible for returns.
- Consumable items such as sandpaper, cutting tools, adhesives, etc. cannot be accepted for return once opened or used.
- Software
- Personal safety items
- Special order items and customized products
- Clearance, final sale, discontinued, and inactive items

Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our tools. All Craftex and Busy Bee Branded Products are covered by a one, two, or three-year warranty. If you experience any issues with your Craftex machinery or Busy Bee Brand item, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance with troubleshooting and resolution under warranty terms. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees.
