By separating fine dust, wood chips, and larger debris into the included 15-gallon dust bin, the Super Dust Deputy® helps reduce filter clogging, maintain suction, and extend filter service life. It also helps protect the dust collector from larger objects such as wood chunks, bolts, and other debris that could otherwise reach the impeller or filter.

The cyclone features an integrated air ramp and neutral-vane inlet for efficient separation. Tapered intake and exhaust ports support simple friction-fit flex-hose connections, while included reducer adapters convert the 5" inlet and 6" outlet to 4" ports for use with common workshop dust collection setups.

Moulded from industrial, abrasion-resistant HDPE resin, the cyclone is lightweight, compact, and designed for long-term workshop use. Its static-dissipative construction safely conveys built-up static charge toward the electrical ground to help prevent harmful discharges.
