Description

Pipe clamps are an economical and effective way to clamp panels of all sizes however, sometimes it can be difficult to source the right pipe - so we did it for you. This 3/4" black pipe is 4' long and threaded at one end. If you need to make shorter clamps, then simply trim the pipe with a hack saw. Use this pipe with any standard ¾" pipe clamp (not included)

SPECIFICATIONS

3/4" diameter

    Good Alternative to Black Steel

Works as intended with 3/4 pipe clamps (I use Bessey). Pipe appears to be powdercoated, which helps the glue just flake off once dry. However, the finish gets pretty beat up once you put any sort of clamping force on it so over time to coating will deteriorate. Also has a predrilled hole at the non-threaded end for a small bolt if desired so the sliding end of the clamp doesn't fall off accidentally. Be aware, that you don't get 4 feet of travel total with this pipe.

You get what you pay for!

Spend the money and buy good pipe... The reason they are cheaper than most other places is cause your getting half the material, meaning the wall thickness of the pipe. I bought 15 of them, and im down to only 2, in only a couple months. They all snaped right where the thread goes into body. I don't recommend them for gluing solid wood panels! Not impressed!
