Our all new Cyclone Separator is perfect for dust and chip separation for use with your existing dust collector. This is a great economic way of turning your single stage dust collection setup in to a more efficient 2 stage without the need for buying a completely new unit. This cyclone separator features a 5" inlet and two 4" adaptors making it easy to connect to just about and machine in your shop. This unit can be installed on dust collectors with a horsepower rating of up to 3 HP. Equipped with a 118 L drum with window that allows you to see when the drum needs to be changed.

Excellent product
I was planing down some Charcuterie boards with Epoxy and it would clog my dust collection in seconds. I added this and the problem is gone. excellent product

Excellent Value!
So far, it's doing exactly what its supposed to do. In my small shop environment, its converted my 2hp bagged collection into a 2 stage separator... so far, there is very little blow by into the collection bag. Exactly as expected.

Works great so far
Well packaged, easy to assemble, by placing blower on wall and filter hung from ceiling unit is takes up less floor space and makes emptying shavings easier.

CX427
Just received the CX 427. It was hard to tell what the size was from the description but I was hoping for a compact unit which would work well in my one man shop. The CX427 turned out to be just that. It works far better than the smaller dust cyclones I have used while having the processing capacity to handle my 3HP impeller. I have it currently configured with a 6" feed between the impeller and the cyclone and a 6" main branch which has a blast gate and 4" hose to each piece of equipment. For a one man operation this unit is the perfect size. Even with the CNC running full blast I can use the jointer, planar, table saw or any other piece of equipment without any issues. The 118L barrel has plenty of capacity and while some fine dust does make it through the system, it is minor and like the more expensive systems, adding a filter to the output cured that. All in, a fantastic way to add effective dust collection to the shop or a natural way to upgrade an existing single stage dust collection unit.
