SAFETY SPEED PORTABLE VERTICAL PANEL SAW

The Safety Speed Portable Vertical Panel Saw provides accurate panel cutting in a compact, mobile format. Its 5' frame supports crosscuts up to 50" and rip cuts up to 96", making it suitable for breaking down a range of sheet materials while using approximately 15 square feet of floor space.

Powered by a 3-1/4HP Milwaukee Tool motor, the saw delivers a maximum cutting depth of 1-3/4" and accuracy within 1/32". The carriage can be changed quickly between vertical crosscutting and horizontal rip-cutting positions to suit different panel-cutting tasks.

Four Nylatron roller-bearing systems guide the saw carriage along zinc-plated 1-3/4" steel guide tubes. Adjustable vertical and horizontal rulers help with cut setup, while the spring-loaded counterbalance system supports smooth carriage movement.

A folding stand and wheels make the saw easier to move and store within the shop. Additional features include a thin-material pressure guard, injection-moulded material rollers, and an integrated dust collection bonnet. A compatible dust collection kit and vacuum are available separately.
