The Craftex CX-Series CX504 Drum Sander is built for efficient thickness sanding of wide boards and panels. Its two 6" sanding drums allow coarse and fine sanding to be completed in one pass, helping reduce processing time while producing a smooth, consistent finish.

A 3 HP motor drives the sanding drums at 1,600 RPM, while a separate 1/4 HP motor powers the heavy-duty conveyor belt. Five feed speeds from 3 to 20 surface feet per minute allow the material feed rate to be matched to the workpiece and sanding requirements.
