CX615SB Elevating Block
Elevating block for Mill/Drill Model CX615 8" x 6" x 5" high heavy cast iron with two 1/2" T slots and uses the standard 7/16" t-slot nuts. One of the biggest challenges for milling a small flat object is getting the mill close to the work without over extending the quill. The further out you extend any tool, the more deflection and chatter you're likely to experience. The elevating block brings that work up to the mill spindle.
