The I|Flux:10 Elite Fine Dust Collector delivers 5000 CFM at 6" wc with a 10 HP motor, 409 ft² of filter area and three 64-gallon EZ-Lift waste bins for high-volume fine dust collection.

Built for demanding woodworking environments, the I|Flux:10 Elite combines high airflow with an extensive filtration system designed specifically for fine dust applications. Its 15" inlet delivers a net airflow of 5000 CFM at 6" wc, making it well suited to shops operating equipment such as CNC routers, wide belt sanders and multiple dust-producing machines.

A key feature of the I|Flux:10 Elite is its 409 ft² of filter surface area. The system uses 40 smaller-diameter polyester filter bags to maximize filtration area and maintain airflow. Its positive-pressure design pushes air through the filters while collected dust falls into the waste bins. As fine dust builds on the inside of the filters, it can release into the bins, while the integrated manual shaker helps remove additional caked dust and maintain filter performance.

Three 64-gallon EZ-Lift metal waste bins provide substantial collection capacity and simplify disposal. Raising the release bar disengages the airtight seal so each bin can be rolled away, while 360-degree swivel casters make them easier to move around the shop.

The control panel includes an amperage readout for monitoring motor operation, and a high-frequency remote allows the collector to be switched on or off from up to 60 metres away. A TEFC motor and phase controller provide additional electrical protection, and the supplied product information states that the I|Flux:10 Elite complies with NFPA 664 requirements for wood processing and woodworking facilities.
