The Shaper BenchPilot brings automated movement to Shaper Origin without requiring traditional CNC programming. Acting as an automated motion system for Origin, BenchPilot moves the tool along a programmed path while Origin maintains its precision cutting control.

Designed for repetitive and detail-oriented woodworking, BenchPilot is well suited to batch production, joinery, engraving, inlays, profiling and other routing applications. It supports both horizontal and vertical milling, giving users greater flexibility when working on different types of projects.

Origin clips directly into BenchPilot for automated operation and can be quickly removed when manual routing is required. The system can be used with Shaper Workstation or mounted directly to a bench, allowing it to fit into a variety of workshop setups.

A built-in feed rate control knob lets you adjust cutting speed during operation, while Origin displays real-time progress and remaining cut time. No g-code or third-party CNC software is required, making BenchPilot accessible to users already familiar with Shaper Origin.
