SUPERMAX 16 32 DRUM SANDER

Designed to improve productivity and simplify setup, the SuperMax Tools 16-32 Drum Sander combines a 16" sanding drum with an open-ended design that allows material up to 32" wide to be sanded in two passes. Its patented Quick Adjustment Lever moves the sanding head through the full 0" to 3" height range with one pull, reducing the time normally required for large thickness changes.

A built-in digital readout helps the operator maintain consistent material thickness, while the variable-speed conveyor allows the feed rate to be matched to the workpiece and sanding operation. INTELLISAND Technology automatically helps regulate the conveyor speed to reduce the risk of gouging, burning, or damaging the material.

The Turbo Vented dust port is designed to increase airflow to the connected dust collector by 15%, and the rear-mounted gear motor helps improve conveyor belt tracking. Simple conveyor alignment and indexed settings for narrow and wide stock make the machine easier to set up for a variety of sanding projects.
