works well but a bit heavy when fully extended

cutting head is too heavy
its ok but not easy too use as cutting head is very heavy also you cant use the extension piece as it becomes totally unbalance and very hard too use.. i would not buy again... very disappointed at design !!!

Dewalt 20V pole saw
Works really well and shipping was fast. Was able to cut 3” maple branches with no problem. Would recommend.

Great tool, got it for trimming trees around multiple properties, more than up to the task thus far. Been building my DEWALT 20v tool collection for a couple years now, so I have a few batteries. But with a 5ah, I have never needed to use a second battery for any job on residential properties. Using it in a Christmas tree lot to take care of butt pruning and clearing. Nice light, alternative to gas chainsaw. Eliminates some bending as well. No problems so far, quite happy with purchase.

Dewalt 20V Pole Saw
Pole saw works great, the only issues were that it was heavier than expected, the middle section does not feel as strong as the end sections, and does flex and finally the screw connections between sections need to be tightened regularly. Other than that the saw worked great without any actual issues in operation.
