The Little Compressor That Could
Well i'll start by telling you i'm a 58 yr old left handed frigger , i frig with stuff that needs frigging and have alot of scars to prove it. I've been shopping for ages and took the gamble on a relatively unknow brand to me because of the low price and 2 piston motor. And man i tell ya if you don't grin the first time you turn this puppy on you are brain dead - it is basically whisper quiet , well normal talk quiet :) . I have a couple of hours usage so far , brad nailing trim, carb. cleaning chainsaw, tire inflating etc, tank fills in 1 minute and change , sturdily built, 30 lbs lightweight , well balanced with centered handle bar. Highly recommend and ps a big shout out to Busy Bee for a great hassle free online purchase - cheers !

Quiet compressor
It is quiet, not as quiet as the rollair or makita, so I’d question the claimed decibel level, but quiet enough. Has an air leak right from factory, cycles every 10 minutes without accessories. Very top heavy for transport

Very quiet indeed
I already knew about ultra quiet dual piston compressors, I use one at work. This ROK is by far the cheapest one I have seen (115 CAD). It 's small, as I don't have much space, and it's quiet enough to use without earplugs comfortably (the tools I plug into it are louder). It's light duty considering the low CFM and small tank, but it's good enough for most home owners. It fits your needs if you want to work at night, inflate tires or use a (small) nail gun. Don't expect to be able to use an impact wrench or an HVLP spray paint gun.
